You can enable/disable turnoff notification either for account level or for specific rule.
To enable/disable for all rules in your account.
Go to your the account you want to enable/disable.
Click the dots in the right corner.
Enable/disable email notification
If you want to enable/disable email notification for a specific rule.
Go the rule details page
Select the rule
Go to settings
Enable/disable email notification
