  • Can I make custom changes to Adsbot rules?

Yes, 80% of rules enable custom changes about the limitations.

  • Does Adsbot need access to our Google Ads account?

No, Adsbot acts on behalf of the user, so you don’t need to give any access. You grant access via Google Apps.

  • Can I make direct changes to the Google Ads account?

Only direct change is possible about negative keywords. When you check via the Google Ads Manager interface, history will be seen as you did changes as if you are making it via the Google Ads Manager interface.

  • Do I need any development resources?

No, thanks to self onboarding structure, you can sign in and use Adsbot without coding skills.

  • How long it takes Adsbot to give alerts and recommendations?

After registration and connecting your Google Ads account, it only takes 30 seconds.

  • Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can change your plan. For the monthly subscription, you can switch to another anytime, but it will be switched at the end of the month your previous plan started.

For an annual subscription, you can upgrade your account and will be charged for the amount calculated between the two plans. If you downgrade your account, you will be charged the new plan at the end of your subscription year.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

For a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime and continue using our product until the end of the month you paid.

For an annual subscription, you can cancel anytime and continue using our product until the end of the year for which you paid.

  • Can other info be added to an invoice?

Yes, any info can be added to the invoice.

  • How does billing work?

You will be charged every month/year until you cancel your subscription.

  • How do I change my email account?

You cannot change the email account from the interface. Reach us to change your email address; we will edit it via our system. [email protected]
